This 4000 square feet house has 4 huge bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 big family (the size of the bigest one is 22x30), panoramic view in the back of conservation area, parking for 5 cars, big gazebo for your family reunions, balcony, ceiling fans,air conditioned in every bedroom, great cross ventilation, exterior jacuzzi (10x10), exterior BBQ, new kitchen with granite countertops and illumination system, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy, in a nice gated community with security around it 24 hours. The house come with laundry (dryer,washer), nice stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, entertainment center, linens, towels, kitchen things,etc..
The house have 5 beds, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sofa-bed, 1 twin bed, 1 double bed, but if a group comes in I have other 15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 20 persons. The house have two tv's, cable TV with One Link, and it have free Hi-speed internet.
I accept cashier checks, money orders, managers checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, travel checks etc.
The place is near everithing, malls (5 min), fast foods, beaches(10 min), casinos, hotels, airport(main at 8 minutes, also the beaches).

Vacation Rental Rates
The normal rate is $300 per night (up to 8 persons, like $37 per person)
Please inquire for rates due to changes of seasons, holidays, groups or we can quote a package if the house is VACANT.
Also If you have a BUDGET let me know to see what I can do for your stay.
$150.00 one time administrative/cleaning fee of this huge house.
