The house is located in Comunidad Estella, literally a two-minute walk to renowned Corcega Beach on the Caribbean.

The house is fully equipped and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and one bathroom. The entire house has high ceilings and many windows and, therefore, is generally cool. Each bedroom has both ceiling and wall fans. The living room also has a ceiling fan. The is a 550 square foot wrap around covered patio from which Rincon’s daily spectacular sunsets over the Caribbean can be viewed. The patio has outdoor chairs, table and a hammock. A washing machine is also provided.

The house comfortably sleeps 4 in the bedrooms, rents for $675.00 per week and $850.00 per month plus utilities for one month, and $750.00 plus utilites, if rented for 2 or more months, plus utilities. The rental rate for 6 months or more is $675.00 per month plus utilities.
