The house is located in Comunidad Estella, literally a two-minute walk to renowned Corcega Beach on the Caribbean.

The house is fully equipped and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and one and a half bathrooms. The kitchen has a new stove. The entire house has many windows. Each bedroom has both ceiling and wall fans. The living room also has a ceiling fan. There is a large covered and enclosed porch with outdoor chairs, table, and a hammock. The property has large yards with accessible banana and grapefruit trees in the backyard, as well as, land for planting. A new washing machine is also provided.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 in the bedrooms. Rent is $675.00 per week, $900.00 plus utilities for one month, and $800.00 per month plus utilities, if rented for 2 or more months. The rental rate for 6 months or more is $700.00 per month plus utilities.
